I'm a Club/Club Plus member and I want to view my details - how do I do this?

You can view your details easily online if you've registered your membership card on our member hub. Just click here to log in. 

If you haven't already done so, register here and then sign in. 

 Ways you can use the member hub: 

  • To update your personal details (bank details will have to be updated by our Customer Service team)
  • To request a replacement card
  • To view your points earned
  • To renew your membership

How do I update my membership details?

If you've registered for the member hub just click here to log in and update your details. This link also leads you to the reset password page if you can't remember your password and need to change it:

No, your membership is live as soon as you join. However, we recommend members register their card for the member hub so that you can use it: 

  • To update your personal details (bank details will have to be updated by our Customer Service team)

  • To renew your membership
  • To view and update your marketing preferences

Did you know you can enjoy your membership benefits before your membership card even arrives? We'll let you know your card number at the time of joining. Until your card arrives, your card number can still be typed in at the till when you're in-store.

I've lost my membership card - how do I get a replacement?

You can request a new card using our member hub. The card will usually be sent to you within 10 working days. When the replacement card is requested, your new card number will be generated immediately so you can take a note of it and use that to carry on receiving your member benefits until the new card arrives.

How do I sign up to be a Club/Club Plus member?

It's easy! Just sign up online to whichever club you think suits you best here. Alternatively, you can sign up in-store.

How does the Club and Club Plus points system work?

As a Club Plus member you'll collect 2 points for every £1 spent and Club members will receive 1 point for every £1 spent.

Once you have 100 points you will start to get money off vouchers. Twice a year we issue member statements that include the money off vouchers and the vouchers can be put towards purchases in-store. 

Can more than one person at the same address hold a Club/Club Plus membership?

Of course! Everyone in your household can have their own membership and receive the great benefits if they want to.

Can I have more than one card for my membership?

Club and Club Plus operate on a one card per membership basis. If you'd like a card for another person they would need to join the scheme under their own membership.

Where can I use my Club/Club Plus vouchers?

You can use your vouchers in any Dobbies store towards your purchase. 

Please note, they are not accepted by any of our Concession Partners.

What is the birthday treat?

If you are a Club Plus member each year we like to wish you a Happy Birthday and send you a little treat on us. To do this, we need to know your date of birth and to have received your permission to contact you by mail.

Your contact permissions can be managed in the Dobbies member hub.
