Online delivery is still operating however please be aware that delivery times may be extended as both our team and our suppliers adapt to new ways of working in order to stay safe.

Our Customer Service team are working remotely and operating reduced hours with phone lines open Monday – Friday, 10am – 4pm.

There may be a longer delay in us responding than usual and we ask for your patience as we work through a high level of contacts.

Do I need to pre book a table?

Our restaurants operate on a first come, first served basis so there is no need to book a table. 

What if I don't want to give my details?

In line with the Government's current guidance, it is not compulsory for you to give us your details and you can choose not to do so.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes, we are committed to keeping our customers' data safe. Please be assured that we have robust GDPR compliance procedures in place. 

How will may data be used?

We will share information with the NHS (or their agents) in line with the Test and Trace requirements. Your data will not be used for any other purpose.

If I choose to give you my details, how will it be captured and stored?

Data is entered into a Dobbies tablet by one of our team members where it is then stored securely in line with the Test and Trace requirements. 

Can I book Afternoon Tea?

We intend to reopen bookings for Afternoon Teas from the 1st August. 

Is the dog section open?

In the restaurants that have fully reopened the dog section will be open for you to use. 

Can I still buy food and drink to takeaway?

Food and drink is available to takeaway in all of our restaurants that are open.

How are you keeping your team members safe?

We are following the latest Government guidance, all of our team have been provided with face masks, visors and gloves. Our back of house and kitchens areas are operating with smaller teams to help maintain social distancing. 

How are you managing the number of customers?

Our Safety Champion in each restaurant is overseeing the capacity and customer flow. 

Are the tables spaced out?

We have laid out tables in line with Government guidance to ensure there is a safe distance between tables. 

How do I order my food?

You'll order your food in the normal way and collect it from a dedicated food collection point. In our table service restaurnts, you'll order your food at the table and it will be brought to you. 

Can I pay with cash?

We would prefer if you paid by card.  

Will cutlery be laid out for anyone to touch?

A team member will hand you your cutlery when you pay, it will be wrapped straight from the dishwasher. 

What is a Safety Champion?

We have a dedicated Safety Champion in each restaurant who will be solely responsible for ensuring all measures are being followed. The Safety Champion will be on hand to answer any questions and ensure team members and customers feel safe at all times. 

How do I know who the Safety Champion is?

Our Safety Champions will be at the entrance to the restaurant to welcome you, They all have a badge so you can easily identify them.

Are your play areas open?

Outdoor play areas in Scotland & England have reopened.

When will your soft plays open?

Soft Plays remain temporarily closed and will open in line with Government guidance. 

Will cutlery, plates and bowls for kids still be available?

Just ask a team member who will provide cutlery in a sleeve and crockery delivered to them. 

Are your toilets open?

Our toilets are open with appropriate safety measures in place.

Will you still have GF, Vegan and Vegetarian options on the menu?

Yes, we still have a wide range of Gluten Free, Vegan and Vegetarian options available on the menu.

Will sauces and salt and pepper be on the tables?

A team member will be able to provide these for you, they won't be on the tables.

Do I have to use a self service hot drinks machine?

No, self service machines are currently not in operation but our baristas are on hand to serve hot drinks.

What measures have your suppliers taken?

We've worked with suppliers to put additional steps in place to make sure deliveries are contact free and sanitised. 

What other measures have been put in place?

As well as all of the safety measures highlighted above, all of our restaurants are accredited as AA COVID-19 confident for added peace of mind when visiting.
